In Episode 10 of Dungeon World: Domenico Castafiel, we get to see the ritual that has been the main focus of this series. I’ll warn you now: it’s pretty ghoulish. But it’s also lots of fun, and a great example of how to do the Ritual move on-screen.
To celebrate Episode 100 of The Gauntlet Podcast, we’d like your help creating a table of 100 questions.
How will we use this table?
On Episode 100, the hosts will each roll dice and answer questions from the table. We will also invite past guests, former hosts, and some community members to roll on the table and answer a question.
We may continue to use the table from time to time, especially if we have guests on that we think would get a kick out of it.
We will share the table with other RPG podcasts so they can get in on the fun, too.
What do we need from you?
Submit your questions! You can paste them right here in the comments. If you re-share this post, be sure folks submit their questions here, otherwise we won’t see them.
We’re looking for a variety of question types. Some can be funny, some can be serious. Most should be about games, but some non-gaming questions are cool, too.
Also: since we’ll be sharing this table with other folks, make sure the questions aren’t too specific to the hosts of The Gauntlet Podcast.
Episode 43 of Discern Realities is here! In this one, David LaFreniere and I discuss more Anglekite, talk about the new Sword Breaker zine, take a look at the Aid/Interfere move, announce a brand-new contest, and continue Ramshackle’s story in an AP that can only be described as EPIC.
If you’re interested in participating in the shrine contest we announce here, please send your entries to gauntletpodcast@gmail.com.
A reminder about the details:
-400 word max
-Description of your deity and their shrine
-A custom move for the shrine
-A magic item
-A spell
-Alternatively, you can do two magic items instead of the spell
Enjoy!

The Gauntlet Podcast is back! In Episode 96, I sit down with Todd Nicholas from Wheel Tree Press to discuss their current KS campaign for The Sword, the Crown, and the Unspeakable Power. It’s a really in-depth discussion of the game, and I get to fanboy a bit since Todd’s show, The Jank Cast, was a major inspiration for the Gauntlet community (seriously: the Gauntlet would not exist without The Jank Cast).
It’s Episode 14 of Dogs in the Vineyard with Noah Jay-Bonn for Comic Strip AP!

We catch up with Sister Clementine as she faces down her past decisions from the town way back in the first episode. And just when you think things will wrap up tidily, there’s a cliffhanger for ya.
Leave us any questions about Dogs or the podcast below!
I’ve been listening to the older Discern Realities podcast records where a Custom Moves contest was held.
I’ve been listening to the older Discern Realities podcast records where a Custom Moves contest was held. Are these moves collected anywhere in written form?
You might have noticed that, in the last week or so, we haven’t been releasing podcasts with the same frequency as we usually do. That’s on purpose. We’re presently in the middle of a short break while we recharge our batteries, hammer out some scheduling issues, and get some new folks set up to help out with things. We find it’s helpful to take a small break every now and then in order to set ourselves up for success in the months to follow.
