I’m new to doing gaming online in video conferencing but I know it has been a thing for a while. I have an in person and local gaming group that meets a few times a month. I’m interested in more one off and ongoing games only need because of the obvious convenience and because I do a lot of video for work. Are there good guides for how people find games, meet folks online, etc out there?

I was never told! I’ve only been a patreon backer for a month or two.

I adore Gauntlet for all the games I’ve played on, but there are other places as well.
Roll20 is both a platform to game and a place to find games. Just don’t stop after first game, change sometimes, meet new people, some you will soon forget, with some you will play for years.
Also go for g+ communities for games you like and check/post on LFG thread there.

I’ve heard good things about roll20.
