I dont own physycal copies of my RPG books anymore. I used to own so much gaming related stuff. I decided at some point to get rid of everything once I realized I was using only pdfs for my gaming. I do miss owing a nice library though.
So… just for fun, it would be great if those willing would post a photo of their gaming libraries. (Gaming porn yeah!) 😉

You use a tablet, I assume? How do you deal with jumping back and forth between books, or between important tables on various pages in different books, etc? Isn’t it a PITA? When I GM, I stand at a table with 2-6 books open in front of me. It’s really hard for me to picture using a tablet.

I use a laptop with a decent sized screen and I print out sections of pdfs for reference. I’m an office clerk so the printer is my friend. 😆

That’s the Trad part of my collection. I have somewhat of a collector’s sentiment towards rpg books. I still use mostly pdf but it’s fun to have the physical artefact.

My “indie” section is much smaller in volumes and in size of the books. I intend on remedy to the situation has I decided I will try to get most PbtA games since it’s my favorite system.

As If I used a tablet to run D&D 5e for a while and I would essentially copy and paste all the rules/reference/stats I needed into a One Note document then I would navigate betwern different notes using the breadcrumbs.

That’s my one issue with most RPG texts – they’re so thin that it’s hard to read the spines, especially at brick and mortar retailers.

Maxime Lacoste I honestly think that might be a bit more important than the cover. Since very few stores turn books outward to display cover art, the spine the worm and the cover + interior is the barbed hook.
