I’m curious to see some interesting ways you deal with weather in your dungeon world games. Applying debilities for extreme heat or cold? Using the weather to aid or interfere with with PC’s/Monsters? Maybe somebody has some weather specific moves they use.

  1. Funny I’m my last session I had a storm approach. Heralding the arrival of the goblin warg riders. I Built up the storms approach beautifully, but completely forgot about it once combat started. Kicking myself now, could have made more use of it during combat and after.

  3. I think that’s the default way to treat weather. Anyone who’s been camping in a northern winter can tell you the Make Camp move is a statted monster of it’s own that deserves to be addressed in the fiction with consequences in the mechanics.
