I’m reviewing the video for Part Two of Lugana’s Gambit, and I have to pause to highlight something that is delighting the shit out of me right now. Eadwin Tomlinson’s character has just used an item, the Acorn of the First Oak, to do this really cool thing in the fiction. This item was actually recovered during the very first Company of the Three Kings adventure (by Aniket Schneider’s character, if I’m not mistaken) and placed in Company inventory. It sat there for years of in-fiction time (and almost eight months of real-world time) until Ead decided to use it for this cool scene.

This is EXACTLY how I intended for the Company of the Three Kings to work. Each adventure is echoed in subsequent adventures, and all these characters are part of a larger continuity.

I love it!
