I’m getting prep ready for a game of Masks in 2 weeks, and I’m curious how well it holds up for a non-stable cast.

Can it run well if you have a 2-3 core with a rotating extra cast, or is it pretty necessary to have almost everyone for all sessions?

Also, and Jason Cordova I’d be interested in hearing how you handle a unstable crew in a relationship heavy game.

  1. Since it works well for one-shots, I don’t see why it can’t work well with a rotating cast.  It fits the genre well, too.  Not everyone on a supers team can heed all the calls right? They may be visiting grandma out of town, getting hot and steamy with their significant other (as people do) and not hear the signal, etc.
