Hi folks, in a couple of weeks I’ll be on a bus with fellow RPers on our way to the yearly Student Nationals. Usually, someone will run a light RPG for a few folks during the journey. I’ve decided I’ll give it a shot this year, and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for light games suitable for travel?

I’ll have a dice app on hand for rolls, and I’m already considering Cheat Your Own Adventure, Nanoworld and a few of the Sundered Land games, but I’d love to hear other suggestions.

  1. Out of Dodge by Jason Morningstar is specifically designed to be played in a car on a longish drive.

Also, Parsely by Memento Mori Theatricks comes to mind (Action Castle, Spooky Manor, Space Station)

  3. Another vote for Parsely games.  Spooky Manor’s my favorite.  Be sure to be as strict and dickish with your interpretations of commands as humanly computerly possible.
