    When I told people that they could keep their roll result secret, they jumped on it. Some of us went straight for the death. Others narrated as normal, made like they were going to solicit options, then killed the character.

    One was particularly good. We chose to free some prisoners, and the temporary narrator described the action of opening the first and last cells. The last prisoner asked “Can you help me?” The narrator paused, people started to raise their hands to offer suggestions, then the prisoner shivved the protagonist straight in the heart.
