I just had a hugely entertaining afternoon running Dead of Night for Horst Wurst, Tomer Gurantz and Stephen Humphreys: I want to avoid spoilers, but I will say that it ended with at least one character riding off into the sunset with his high school maths teacher on the back of a giant ant.
Big thanks to Jason Cordova et al for organising the Gauntlet Hangouts and enabling me to connect with awesome players.
Thanks James Mullen for running! Thoroughly enjoyable, and a premise I might steal for an upcoming local game convention.
Nice to reconnect with my sister-in-arms Horst Wurst and Stephen Humphreys.
Like I said after the session, been looking for a game system that in some way mimics the simple pacing and tension tracking of Dread, but in a manner you can play online, and this system felt like it did some of that.

This was absolutely awesome! Seriously guys, if you got the chance to play in a game that James is running, just sign up and thank me later.

We had an incredible number of awesome moments for a 3-hour one-shot! Really impressed by both the GMing and the players.

Yay! I’m glad to hear it went well.
