On one of the podcasts, Jason Cordova has mentioned he has a couple of table techniques in addition to Poll the Table. Is there anywhere whee I could find a list of these?

  1. Coming soon to a blog near you! (As in, our blog… which is coming soon). I am notoriously bad at writing things down, but the forthcoming blog is my excuse to finally do so. Until then, they exist as part of an oral tradition, like the eddas.

  3. I took some notes while listening if you want ideas:

What music is blasting from the speakers?

Name one thing about chads room that really telegraphs what a douche he is.

What do you owe them? It could be money or some other kind of currency on you.

    What does he smell like?

Something happened with you and Chad last summer, what is he overcompensating for?

    What makes him surprising endearing?

What dorky ass thing is he doing?

    How do you feel?

  5. For example, I’ve got one that I use: When a player triggers a move, you have them roll then smash cut to the next PC until they roll, then on to the next, until several or all of the PCs have results pending. Then I weave the results together and give out the results in the order that seems most dramatic.
