Song of the Milk-White Putrescence

We recently kicked off our We Hunt the Keepers! living campaign for Dungeon World with a series called Song of the Milk-White Putrescence. The videos of all four sessions can be found in the playlist linked below. I have also included a link to a folder with copies of our character sheets and my personal notes so you can better follow along with things.

Thanks to my players for a really fantastic series: David LaFreniere Gerrit Reininghaus Lowell Francis and Fraser Simons

  1. This is only the beginning. Spirits break free, dissonance turning into order in chaos, the Key of Hatred in the hands of a mortal. Will those who were sent out to lock the portals of destruction be those in the end who release the Eight Legged She, the Brown Creature of Disobedience, the God of Hate and whatever else was bound by the Gods down into our world?

  3. Watched the first episode and really enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing your notes, Jason Cordova. Being able to see behind the screen (so to speak) and then see the game unfold from the player perspective is a really great way to learn GM techniques.

  5. Brandon Fincher Glad you liked it! If you enjoyed the first one, you’ll love the second one, since that’s when the main story gets going. It’s all creepy, mystery village goodness!

  7. How do you use the pictureboard? Is it a common reference for the whole party, or do you just use it as a DM to describe things?

Also, where can I find this character keeper google sheet? It seems really useful.

    Edit: Jason Cordova 🙂
