    – it’s magnificent

    – it’s not a “procedural generator set” like Lovecraftesque… it’s really a sandbox generator and a start-to-finish workflow for the GM.

    It’s also not just about cosmic horror — there’s a deconstruction of the different kinds of horror at the start. It does a fantastic job of top-down worldbuilding from your pantheon of elder gods all the way down to cults etc. and it manages the locations using a tag system. With the magic spells and pocket dimensions I’d use it to run a Clive Barker style game.

    But it’s also very “traditional” if we’re still allowed to use that word… closest to CoC and Chill, I guess.
