Driving onward with the new PBTA hacks I’m randomly finding, it’s Anima Mundi, a PBTA hack of Anima: Beyond Fantasy.
Looking it over, seems like if you wanted to run an anime/final fantasy style campaign, this would be a good candidate. I’m not a fan of the multi-playbook style, but I can see what it’s going for.
