I have a few questions about Final Girl and this seems like a good place to ask.
How well does it run with 3 players? What’s the sweet spot?
If we play it online, is there a good way to handle the card mechanics? I would prefer not to lose the surprise/tension/strategy of the card playing mechanic.
Thanks!
I feel like the sweet spot is 4, as after first blood having 3 people allows for the usual “third wheel” effect to happen in scenes and keep them from being a straight line.

You can use the roll 20 app to simulate the card handling. I agree with Ferrell Riley it’s playable with 3 but 4 or 5 is better

I think 4 is the sweet spot, but 3 or 5 work fine. I played online once and it worked well. Like David said, Roll20 has a playing card feature. It’s not perfect, but it works. We have a play sheet in the Play Aids folder: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0ByS4_7KbXro_UjhDSEtNbm0zRUU&usp=sharing
