OK, so I got to steal an idea I heard Jason mentioned in Discern Realities (I can’t remember which episode, since I was on a binge listen yesterday and probably went through 6…)
I did that thing where you use the roles in Undertaking a Perilous Journey to ask questions of the players… Trailblazer: “What landmark are you looking for to know you are getting close?” and Scout: “What dangers are you watching for?”
This was with a bunch of kids (see below for deets), but it was just awesome watching them scare themselves… I had little to do with it, I swear!
Anyone else have cool examples of this at work? Or using other PC sourced info from similar moves?
