Last night Steve Mains ran Star Wars Imperial Assault for myself and Jess Scott, and I thought it was pretty fun. We pulled off our first mission successfully, but failed to let the spice flow on our follow up mission.

Hopefully next week we will be able to get a few more players at the table, and give what for to those Imperials!

  1. Ferrell Riley’s mention of spice flowing is not a sci-fi reference fail.

The mission involved spice barrels the Rebels were supposed to steal in order to fuel Chewbacca’s raging spice habit. But they were thwarted by a ferocious space kitty and a probe droid whose only crime was loving too much (and occasionally shooting them).

All in all a good time. Looking forward to the next mission, especially because I know what’s in store for them.
