  1. Andrew Medeiros Haha, I think it will happen at some point, but we have precisely three more pieces of the puzzle to fill in before we pull that trigger: 1) a third podcast; 2) an actual website; 3) a plan for some sort of monthly, original content in PDF form.

  3. Also, no one should read my OP as some sort of guilt-trip or complaining. Everything I do for the Gauntlet is because I want to. This just happens to be a particularly packed week (the beginning of the month always is).

  5. Andrew Medeiros I just re-read the OP and didn’t want to come off as whiny, haha. I’m a do-er, not a complainer. That said, I probably need to start thinking of some sort of leadership structure, or ways to create more stakeholders. I think the Gauntlet is at about 10% of its potential right now. If I’m ever going to blow that up, I’m going to need some help.

  7. I was going to say you probably need to add more games if they full up so fast so that more people can have a chance to play. However, if you’re organizing most of them, that gets difficult…. That said, Jason Cordova, are there guidelines or rules of engagement somewhere for setting up/proposing a game through The Gauntlet? Did I miss them?

  9. Christopher Meid Many of the games do fill fast. I am at my personal limit, and that’s about to become one night less as I turn attention to FtF NJ.

Anyone can run games on Gauntlet Hangouts. There aren’t any published guidelines, but I do like to be given a heads up so I can run through some best practices. The most important thing is just follow-through and dependability.

  11. Amen to the dependability. I am glad Jason Cordova puts up with my fluid schedule for recording Discern Realities. I wish I had a bit more control over my work schedule etc. so I could contribute more, but at this stage in my life it’s just not happening reliably.
