Gaming Resolutions for 2016

The segment that got cut due to audio issues in Episode 38 of The Gauntlet Podcast was about our 2016 Gaming Resolutions. In it, we discuss the games we resolve to play in 2016, plus a few extra game-related resolutions. Here are my lists:

Games to Play

Itras By

Primetime Adventures

Misericorde

Sorcerer

Other Game-Related Resolutions

-Finish-up Chuck Eat Cheese, Transmission, and Public Access.

-Explore the viability of a game inspired by the Manhattan ballroom scene of the 1980’s,  as seen in the film Paris is Burning, and the mystery of one of its principal characters, Dorian Corey.

-Attend a London-based game convention.

What are your gaming resolutions of 2016?

  3. Another game of Primetime Adventures is on my list as well.

    Also:

Remember Tomorrow (thanks to your podcast, which rekindled my interest)

A longterm lovecraftian game, as in more than a one-shot.

A noir game, preferably A Dirty World

    Ryuutama

I also want to get another writing gig too and preferably have the product on a good way by the end of the year.

Attending even more conventions, maybe ones I have not visited before.

Putting some AP out there possibly as just running on air games.

Attend a Magic: the Gathering tournament and place well.

  11. Dungeon Planet,

    The Warren,

    Mouseguard,

    The Burning Wheel,

    Fae Noir

Participate more in this community as a GM and Player. Oh, and continue creating my pirate setting for DW and learn how to create Fiasco playsets.

  13. My not so simple goal is to build a story games play group. From scratch since none of my friends live close by. Should be interesting since I live in a small PA town.

  15. Ghost Lines (thanks to Saturday Morning Cartoons), Monsterhearts (Sat Morning Cartoons and a new game group both), and Kapow! (Wed night crew)

The challenge is finding new games because Ghost Lines was a three-shot and I’m leaving the Kapow! crew to run Gauntlet City Limits.

Still trying to figure it out.
