It makes sense if it’s a little more about fighting post-apoc mutants and exploring locations. Apoc World, as written, is not really that at all. It’s all about scarcity and its effects on relationships.

I see some of Vaughn Bode in the illustrations, and, that combined with the notes about mutations, makes me think Mad Max meets Gamma World meets Cobalt 60 meets A Boy and his Dog,

AW always felt like a very PVP dramatic interaction kind of game, something like you’d see on a good reality TV show. I’ll wait till you stop laughing at the idea to continue.
This one feels like Fallout, or Wasteland: There’s a world that needs saving from the terrible things out there, and you’re the mutant for the job!
