This sounds pretty rad, though I will be far, far away from it on M:tG night. Add alcohol to a bunch of Magic players and it’s only a matter of time before someone gets glassed over an argument about stack resolution or something.

I don’t know…I am growing increasingly weary of nerd culture and this idea we have to do things with each other and no one else. It’s one of the reasons I find the convention scene utterly tiresome. Call me crazy, but I enjoy the company of people who are socially well-adjusted and can talk about things other than anime and comic books. My roleplaying game style is derived from getting out in the world and experiencing things outside the four walls of my local FLGS and RPG.net.
