The short of it: the Eyes are actually trying to perpetuate Fingar’s rule in order to prevent Criaxis from escaping the crystal vessel they use to power their magic. So, they don’t actually serve Criaxis (and, indeed, they used to follow the Blind Hero). 

In any event, the first order of business is to ditch the Helgar’s Justice. 

If anyone is going to be at MAG Con today or tomorrow, I’m running two sessions of Dungeon World. The first session is tonight at 8 pm. The second session is tomorrow at 3 pm. If there are at least 8 players between both sessions, I’m also randomly giving away a single hardcover edition of the DW book!
