Hey everybody, Brian here.  I just moved to Houston a week ago and was looking to get into some rpg goodness, but it looks like all the games on the meetup site are all full/waiting list.  Is there any interest in getting another game going?  I have a few years of experience DMing and can host around 6 or 7 members including myself in my apartment.  Forgive my lack of knowledge: local geography (Houston), but I’m in the southwestern quadrant of town, near Sugar Land I think.  Anyway, please let me know if there’s any interest!

Hi Brian!  Even when the official Wednesday game is full there is always a side game for spill-over being played, so just RSVP on meetup and the powers that be will make it work.  Fridays and Sundays are number specific at the moment because we’re playing specific games. 🙂  Hope to see you soon!

  3. Hi Brian, welcome to Houston! Feel free to join the waitlist. Most events have a waitlist trigger; once we reach a certain number of players, we open-up a second table (or third, as the case may be). 

    Also, go ahead and decide on a date/time for the game you would like to run and put it on the Meetup. The fastest way to get your game going in the Gauntlet is to just throw it up there and see who bites.
