I just want to give a dream to Richard Rogers Andrea G and Tim B.

I just want to give a dream to Richard Rogers Andrea G and Tim B. I’ve been super bummed out by a lot of this drama going on in the hobby in the last week or so, and recording the podcast with them tonight was really fun. It helped lift my spirits a lot. Thanks, guys!

  1. I don’t know if I should be happy that I don’t have a clue about this drama or sad that I am out of touch with the community that I don’t know what is going on

  3. You seem like you guys would have a good support system amongst one another as well, but if you ever need/want to chat never hesitate to contact me. Wish you all well, take care of yourselves. Love hearing ya’ll each week.

  7. Haha, thank you. Well for me, I designed in a complete vacuum until the KS and didn’t know this community existed. I’ve never really felt like I’ve belonged before, and this place is saturated with really smart people I can learn a lot from. There’s so many great people and everyone needs support sometimes, and I could always use more friends. Just want to do my part and continue to get educated! Thanks for the kind words! Means a lot, truly.

  9. Tim B Fraser Simons  Agreed! We work really hard on everything we do, and sometimes it feels like we’re just throwing it out into a void. Fraser’s feedback is a nice antidote to that feeling.

  11. It was great hearing the Gauntleteers giving some love to an OSR game like Crypts & Things. I never understood this “us vs them” divide (even when it was Basic D&D vs Advanced D&D in the 1980s).

  13. Steven Warble Ah, a veteran of the Edition Wars… 🙂 I don’t really understand it either — but I don’t play for just one reason, so it’s easy for me to find something enjoyable in different types of games and with different people and playstyles. Glad to hear you enjoyed it!
