Any interest in hangouts games scheduled slightly later in the evening?
Hi all. I love all the games going on here, and pretty much want to play … everything on the Meetups page, but alas I live in Colorado, and I have kids, so the 7pm Central Time start times are pretty much impossible for me.
Is there any interest out in Gauntlet-land for stuff starting later in the evening? Maybe some lurking west-coasters and mountain-folk hoping for a game? I’m thinking 8pm mountain time, so these would be games starting at 9pm central.
Just gauging interest (and permission: I don’t know if it’s okay to plan stuff outside the Houston time-zone. 🙂
We at GUK love planning stuff outside Central time but we conform to that timezone for meetup schedules because we don’t want to confuse the Texans! 😁

I was just thinking the same thing checking out games Saturday morning EST. What systems are you looking for? My group has a Dungeon World game restarting after the Summer on Thursdays at 5AKT (9EST) if you’re interested. Sometimes I find time compatible games on Roll20, or play with a European group, but West Coast evening the time slots seem not to be as common.

Joshua Faller I think that falls at 7pm mountain time, which is marginally more doable (my ideal starts an hour later, at 6AKT). I’ve done some pick-up groups via Roll20, but my results have been decidedly mixed.

I wouldn’t mind doing a later one I usually don’t get home until 8 or 8:30ish central

Doyce Testerman 9 Central is better for me too, but my group tends to need an earlier time. Let me know if you end up rallying a late night group

Ala field of dreams: If you schedule it, they will rsvp. (As long as the demand for the game is there)

Doyce Testerman I’m in the Pacific time zone, eastern Washington. I’m tied up for most of this month, but would enjoy trying to get into a group after the first of October or so. (New house, relocating the recently acquired wife, and related activities are selfishly sucking up all my time.) So if you’ve got openings around then, 7 or 8 PST is a good time for me, most likely.

Later games would be great, like 8 PST. I’m in California and most of the games currently are not at a good time for me.
