Oh my goodness the butchering of the pronunciation of my homeland! And what is the point of putting a place you’ve never been to and don’t really know anything about in the title of your game? Similarly, I thought it was cool when I saw an entire big budget video game about the Welsh Kingdom of Gwent but was saddened when it had no connection to the place it’s named after at all. Now nothing can be named Gwent as it’s synonymous with the game. It’s like Gwent has been ripped from the Welsh and made unusable. Why title your game Dyfed (pronounced “duh ved” by the way) when it’s got nothing to do with Dyfed?
