The long-awaited Yoon-Suin (Part Two) is here!

The long-awaited Yoon-Suin (Part Two) is here! I love every episode of Fear of a Black Dragon, but this one is particularly enjoyable because it contains so much practical information on how to effectively use the setting. I am particularly proud of how we draw directly on the text of the book to discuss things like Front creation for DW/WoDU.

Thanks to Paul Edson for the lovely edit!

Enjoy!

  1. Great ep. That pishacha tar-statuary was too good to pass up. I dropped it into the Black Hack session we played on the weekend. We had a lot of fun with the deity table as well. Our cleric rolled up Mathavar, spider god of trickery, men and diseases (quacks maybe?), holy colour orange, preferred the sacrifice of reptiles. It gave him a lot to work with.

  3. It’s now so long since I wrote YS that I had forgotten all about a lot of that stuff, including the tar statues. No idea how or why I thought up that one… A lot of the sample hex contents and whatnot were written back in 2012 or even before.

  5. Have I heard you describe what 7-3-1 prep is and have just forgotten, or have I just heard you say the words a bunch of times and think I have forgotten something I never knew?
