  1. This was a particularly great episode, definitely one to point new listeners to (beyond the ones featuring games they’re interested in). Really feeling the rapport between the hosts and the experience from the table that you bring to the, well, table is super valuable and appreciated.

On the powergaming front, I’m not super experienced with playing a lot of PbtA, but from what I have experienced I suspect I would have a lot more fun if I simply always got a 7-9 rather than rolling. I find it increadibly difficult to have fun for me things at a 6-, and for that matter it’s often dull at a 10+.

    Maybe instead always knowing what the result would be before engaging in the action could be fun as well, so the times I want to fail or be awesome I could just decide to go that route.

  5. I never thought of troop style play for dealing with not everyone being there.

    My typical problem is any given session will have a different person not showing up. Finding a good solution for that is something I’m still working on.
