Hey Guys.

Hey Guys.

Hey Guys.

I’m struggling to find people who run or even know burning wheel in Germany and I’m really excited about it. It seems pretty complicated though and I’m not quite getting the grip of it.

So I was wondering if any of you still play it (I’m literally late to the game) and would have me as a player. My spoken English isn’t perfect by any means but I do understand it well.

Lemme know if someone is interested in this.

Thanks

  1. Gerrit Reininghaus runs games in German on our calendar, might be worth checking out (though not BW). As for The Burning Wheel, we have a few fans around here. Shane Liebling and Kyle Thompson for example. Tough thing for us is that BW isn’t a great fit for our open table style of play.

  3. T. Franzke is to my knowledge the most versed German BW representative. And we still could have a chance to convince or bribe him into running a BW in Aventurien by the way. He mentioned that it is tempting for him.

Otherwise, yeah, play with the Gauntlet either in German or in English. Everybody is very welcoming here in terms of language barriers. Time zone issues might occur though since I live in Central America.
