  29. The flaw here is that a prolapsed asshole a) can’t happen and b) wouldn’t have a concavity from which to drink. As I understand it, a prolapse is when an internal organ inverts itself and slips out of an orifice. The most common would be a uterus coming out with a birth (which happens in cows) and a vet has to shove it back in. An ass sphincter connects to one end of a tube, the other end of which is your mouth. It’s not a bag-like organ. Which is to say, I have no idea how an ass prolapses and how you would drink out of it.

    FOABD: This module by Zak S. is really cool! We love it! It can be adapted to other systems if that’s what you tend to play (a wider market should look at this product).

    Zak S: Here’s an arrogant and filthy way of saying “you’re just a bunch of stoopids!”

    It kind of puts a nasty sheen on anything related to him for me. Everything just becomes less appealing when you know it benefits a hostile and unfriendly person.

  69. Logan Howard Don’t let it. I adore Zak’s work. R&PL, Vornheim, Blue Medusa…all amazing stuff. I run it all and love it all, and I don’t care what Zak thinks about me or the Gauntlet.

  71. I do love Vornheim. You’re right as always Jason Cordova! Why let the deficiencies of his personality rob us of his works. I guess I’ll just think of him as the House (TV character) of game design. Unpleasant but brilliant.

    So the comment was made to you in your circles? I may have taken it the wrong way if that’s correct. I think Jason Cordova was just relishing the flavor of the thing more than anything. My view of it may have been somewhat tainted by the last experience.

    The geography of the thing makes a difference. It’s a different thing to boldly state that (insert type) food sucks at home or to a friend than to say it in the restaurant or newspaper.

    Acting like the Sir Thomas More or role playing games is one thing. Sharing an opinion among friends is another. It’s not all that different from some of the comments I see about Pathfinder around here sometimes.
