Love Michael Prescott’s stuff (haven’t run any of it yet), and I remember that one with the crazy seagulls and giants… didn’t read it all though. Thanks for filling in some blanks! And loving Nightsatan.

I agree! If your friends are ever pressing you to run a game and you don’t feel up to it, just go look at Michael Prescott’s work and you’ll be transformed into a an inspired and enthusiastic GM! Every release is full of intriguing ideas and visual treats.

I have a couple media suggestions!
The movies Cube (seems like a similar dungeon) and Time Bandits (for tone and also 80s)

Yay! Time Bandits! Great suggestion Richard Rogers! That movie is full of useful gaming ideas. It definitely has a similar twisty theme to the Sky-Blind Spire.

I just discovered this podcast! I ran the Skyblind Spire earlier this year, it is excellent. I was worried I’d have players waiting for me as I try to find the window connections since they can be pretty random, so I made a list of how every room connects to every other room, which could be helpful to some. docdroid.net – Skyblind Spire connection list.pdf
