My little writeup of session 5 of The Watch with excellent GM Michael X. Heiligenstein and players Michael G. Barford, Horst Wurst, and Stephen Humphreys. (Thanks for going to Go Play Yoshi Creelman, just so I could play in this game. Very sweet of you.) And thanks all for a welcoming game everyone. Had a great time, and wish I could join more, but I’m sure MXH will take care of Lollec for me (even if she falls to The Shadow).

Oh cool! Per Andrew Medeiros on the Watch forum: “… I see your point re: the Mission Moves. We definitely designed them to be as generic as possible to suit every situation; but I can see how some players might find them a little bland after a while. Adding in new custom Complications is a great idea though, and I would encourage groups to try that, especially ones tightly catered to the events in the game so far. Could be really neat.”

Ah nice! Yeah, the mission moves are fairly flexible and not designed to be read strictly, I agree that the best way to customize would be to add new complication options.
Great playing with you btw! Lollec’s a great character and I’m excited to have her in my wheelhouse now. Hope to see you again soon!
