Artist recommendations needed for Codex
We have a piece in Codex – Crystal that is a riff on video games like Final Fantasy (and other JRPGs). I need recommendations for someone who can do manga or Japanese-influenced art like you might find on a cover for such a game. You can link me in the comments or drop me a line at gauntletpodcast@gmail.com.
Thanks!
Open for commissions now, Sara has great art.

I think Claudia Cangini could do a wicked JRPG-style bit of art.

I hope to have Claudia lined up for something else on Crystal (if she hasn’t grown weary of all the weird things I ask her to draw, haha).

Grey Wiz, but maybe he is busy working on his own projects right now.

Thanks! I consider my current usual style more westernized and Disney-like than anime style, but I’ll do anime styles also. I’m not very skilled at flatting/coloring, though, so I’d be best at just doing the pencil-work (or whatever it’s called in the digital art world).
As far as manga/anime styles go, I’m most heavily influenced by Nobuteru Yuki (Chrono Cross, Escaflowne, Lodoss).
