I’m presently finishing-up time codes for Part One of Lugana’s Gambit, and I completely missed a joke Isa Wills made during the session about hiding treasure in mattresses. Note to all my future DW players: if I specifically call out the presence of a mattress in a scene, there is definitely treasure in it.
Also:
-Prayer plinths are usually hollow and contain treasure or notes relevant to the adventure.
-If there are a bunch of opened, empty foot lockers in a room, the one that is closed-up definitely has treasure plus poisonous spores.
-If you see a skeleton floating down a corridor, that’s probably a gelatinous cube.
-If you put your hand in something dark or crevasse-like, you will likely be stung by a cave scorpion.
-If I describe a door or wall with an image carved in bas relief, that relief can probably be slid back to reveal a secret compartment.
And there’s me thinking you just ignored me 😉
