Whoa! Mark Diaz Truman is firing up my brain with the explanation of how PvP happens in AW. The MC is an arbiter of order for the PCs. That’s so awesome! PvP was always something I had a hard time grasping in AW and other PbtA games.
I’m loving the episode.

I ask because I tried watching this video once before and found the play interesting but not engaging (everything was very third person and chatty, while I prefer a bit more “in character” play), so it’s tough to psyche myself up for a full watch-through.

I really enjoyed the episode. The Urban Shadows RP was great and I was left wanting to find out what happened next. If I didn’t already own the book (also currently playing in an US campaign and probably going to run another one soon), this AP would have had me seeking out how to purchase it ASAP.
