We did our first group chat thing over Hangouts this afternoon and it was a great success! We discussed Norwegian gaming podcasts; offered game suggestions for middle school-aged kids; did some brainstorming for my Dark Souls-inspired hack of Lovecraftesque; and chatted with Stephen Dewey about modding Ten Candles for online play.
Thanks to everyone who participated: Stephen, David LaFreniere, Yoshi Creelman Jørund Kambestad Lie Shae Davidson and Richard Rogers (briefly).
It was a blast! I am totally looking forward to the next one!

I see that now. I thought it would pop up like normal and remind me. Oh well. That’s what I get for not paying closer attention 🙂

Ole Peder Giæver It was Lie’s video game podcast, which led to a short conversation about Norwegian game studios (I am friends with the guys who make up D-Pad Studios).
