Hey Jason Cordova did you get your Krater tokens all stuck on? Any ideas when The Clay that Woke might get on the schedule? I’d really like to play this, but I’m not sure I have the confidence to run it. #hailsatan

Stephen Crawford No, I haven’t finished the stickers yet, haha.
I’m looking forward playing it, but I’m still digesting the rulebook. It’s a very different sort of game, that’s for sure. Loving the setting and stuff so far, but I’m still a little unclear on the mechanics. I may need to listen to an AP or something before I feel confident putting it on the schedule.

Also, Paul Czege , The Clay That Woke and MLwM are mentioned in Episode 1 of our podcast, which can be found at gauntletpodcast.libsyn.com. Give it a listen and marvel at how badly we butcher your last name.

Hey, your podcast is great! The way you’re playing so widely, and seeking out and playing games because they’re fun, not because they’re the current hotness or the designers are popular — games like Society of Dreamers, Hell4Leather, and The Final Girl, among others — feels to me like a return to the best years of the indie RPG scene. The way you’re talking about games and having fun is totally real and infectious.
Also, Jason, your voice was made for the airwaves.

Paul Czege Wow, thanks! I’m glad you enjoyed it. I can’t take much credit for the podcast, since Daniel Lewis does everything (I just show-up and talk), but we’re having a lot of fun with it so far. We have spent a couple of years building our gaming community, and a podcast felt like a good ‘next step.’
Yeah, our community is awesome! We’re having great fun discovering new games and then playing the hell out of them. A lot of us are converts to indie games (I myself wasn’t playing RPGs at all during the Forge years), and we’re really liking what we see so far.
