I have been thinking of good DW style cursed and/or dangerous items.
1. The Fist of Ankpray. Something interesting: legend says that Ankpray was a mighty warrior with the strength of ten men. Removing your hand and replacing it with the Fist of Ankpray will grant you his strength. Something useful: Ankpray is pig Latin for prank.
2. Potion of Absolute Proof (1 uses). something interesting: created by a powerful wizard seeking to understand Divine magic, this potion grants you an immediate audience with your maker. Something useful: Immediately take a last breath roll. If your character survives he may take the starting priest or cleric moves.
Ring of shrinking: Something useful: This ring allows the user to shrink himself and all his equipment down to the size of a mouse. something interesting: the ring never returns to its full previous size. it is always slightly smaller (in proportion to the current size of its wearer). after 3 uses the ring cannot be removed without severing the finger. after 6 the finger starts to turn blue and atrophy

1) The Armorie of Invincibility:
Something Interesting: Any garment left in this device overnight confers immunity to damage for the next day.
Something Useful: The Armorie is made of the finest adamantium, bulky as hell to try and carry, and anything put in it weights five times as much when taken out. Also, there’s no guarantee that what you put in is what you get back out, as many other people have left their garments in there and forgotten them.
2) Fetid Spoon of Health:
Something Interesting: This spoon provides a nourishing meal that will heal all wounds and ailments.
Something Useful: However, the meal provided comes in the form of a sentient pudding that will fight with the user to the death in order to not be eaten. If the pudding is defeated and eaten, the user’s breath and odor become noxious to anyone standing within 30ft, and a faint cry for help can be heard coming from the stomach of the person.
3) Expedient Mount:
Something Interesting: This mechanical horse comfortably seats 3 people, and will bring the user to any location they desire within one hour.
Something Useful: However, the mount will take the most expedient route, crashing and barreling through anyone and anything between it and it’s destination. Safety of the rider is not guaranteed.
