We had a terrific time at Wednesday One-Shots last night. Rob Ferguson ran Lady Blackbird at his table and I started-up a brand new game of Dungeon World. The Dungeon World game will be canon for our Anthology series, and will explore the frozen north.
Thanks to everyone who came out: Scott Owen Kristen D Russell Benner James Melott Daniel Fowler Angel Ludwig and Gary Wilson !
is the black shard keep (or whatever it was called) populated by people (or language capable entities) or should I change my quest benefits?

Daniel Fowler You know, the way you’re playing your character, you might enjoy the Templar better. I think it would be ok if you’d like to switch. I think you still have access to the folder with all the play books.
But to answer your question, the Black Shard of Nemrath is in a remote part of a remote region of the world. You do the math.

I see there are two versions in the folder: grim world or not, I think I would prefer not. Pistol ok or not?

It would be the normal one (not Grim World). Pistol’s ok, though.

how does human work with bloody agies? does that mean any amount of damage is changed to 2 damage and gives me a +1 forward? probably not

No. When you use Bloody Aegis, you get a debility instead of damage. As a human, you may choose to suffer 2 damage on top of that to get a +1 Forward on that stat. The debility remains. In other words, you are ignoring the debility for a short time.
