Do you think Misspent Youth might be rescheduled or is that fully off the table? Besides Dungeon World (ToEE) do you foresee much Roll20 based game offerings in 2014? Can anyone contribute an event should they wish to run something? Thanks!

Sean Smith Yes, yes – please make your own Events. I have been saying that for months (everyone seems happy to let me organize everything, haha).
DW ToEE is still happening over Roll20. I’m going to see how that first session goes, though, before committing any more to the calendar. I don’t have a lot of familiarity with Roll20, but I’m trying to do my homework beforehand.
Misspent Youth is moving to our Tuesday night group. That group is not a public group, but it does have room for one more person. We have two more sessions of Monsterhearts, but should be starting Misspent Youth by late January.
I can’t remember if you’re local or not. If so, you are certainly more than welcome to join us for that Tuesday game when it gets going.

Sean Smith Even if you’re not local, we can pipe you in. One person joining remotely is not usually a big deal.

Jason Cordova I am not local so I miss out on alot of the action. I’ll try to contribute to the group as well in regards to some online sessions in 2014. In regards to the remote player joining at local table, I have tried this in my own weekly group and it was not something that I found to work very well. I think it is distracting to the players that are there in the flesh and provides a choppy experience for the remote player. I’m signed up for the DW game so that will provide a chance to get to play with some Gauntlet members and I’ll try to get some something put together to contribute as well.

Sean Smith, I would be willing to run some games online if enough people are interested.

Jason Cordova If you need a crash course in Roll20 let me know.

I also have run MANY sessions on Roll20 so I’m fairly well versed as well.

Sean Smith and Greg Feeney I think it is a marvelous idea for either or both of you to organize Roll20 games through The Gauntlet. There is certainly a demand. My one request: give everyone at least two or three weeks notice. What tends to happen is people will create an event on very short notice, no one attends, and then that person gets discouraged and never does it again.

Sounds reasonable to me. I’ll start putting together some ideas of things I’d like to run.
