D&D is a 25mm minimum for the scale to look right though. :-/
I’ve been creating some. What foam you using? I’ve started with the 1/2″ pink foam sheets from Home Depot.

its great because its light weight but dense enough to be carved like wood and holds up to nerds “is this made out of foam? let me check by pushing my finger through it”
