Wow, crazy tough question! I’ll have to think on that hehe.
Edit: I think I would have to go G1-G3 because giants are fun and you just don’t see them very often for some reason.

I am gonna go with most memorable. Isle of Dread. I’ll never forget get the DM’s huge smile when he said, “Okay, you are now a girl”. Whaaat? Pretty big deal for a thirteen year old.

I have to go with Skarda’s Mirror (X12). It may not be as well known as some of the classics, but it’s a really solid adventure.

The one I like the most was Greyhark Ruins (WGR1). It was the first big module I went through with my first D&D group and the ruins became a main location for all of our subsequent games. That party went far and wide over a three-year campaign, but the ruins (once we cleared them) was our home base.
