  5. Daniel Lewis Have you seen the BBC House of Cards? It’s pretty terrific. It’s a little lighter in tone, but with nice bursts of darkness and wickedness throughout.

  9. Daniel Lewis There’s no harm in watching it. They are really only similar in spirit. The American one is much more involved in terms of number of characters and plot lines. The BBC one is more slim and focused, like a movie.
