It’s the latest Pocket-Sized Play, The Gauntlet’s premiere actual play podcast! Today we’re playing John Harper’s Lady Blackbird from One Seven Design. Our characters have only 30 minutes to make it off the brigs of the Hand of Sorrow! (Well, I did edit out a bit that went into overtime, but their speediness is still impressive!)

Big thanks to special guest Pat Perkins, and thanks as always to Timothy Bennett and Tor Droplets.

  1. Already listened to it 😎 I love being subscribed to podcasts, most of the time I get to listen before it’s even announced! And of course, you all were great as per usual!

  3. Interesting comparison, Richard Rogers! So cool. It was a convenient midway point in a rather short play, so I’m glad the elevator scene was fun for all!

  5. Wait, what happened at the end? I couldn’t follow it. Sirus Vance was left behind on the Hand Of Sorrow, but the magician teleported over and got him back?

  7. Hi John Willson, it was a little quick at the end. Cyrus has the secret of the warpblood, which I briefly announce, and he uses it to rejoin the group on the Owl at the last minute. We didn’t get to dive into the what and how of warpbloodedness, which makes it feel a bit abrupt. 🙂 Thanks for checking in!
