This is the second year in a row I have unintentionally scheduled Society of Dreamers on Friday the 13th. Yikes!

  1. Terrible faux pas, Jason Cordova … You should have scheduled Final Girl! This year in particular, seeing as how its available for purchase again…

    😉 Have fun!

  3. Our game turned out pretty somber.valeria ballerini was so drained that she cried on the way home. Granted, she cries at lots of things but that hints at Jason’s mnemosite powers.

  5. Jason Cordova We did! I really liked it up until we had to start wrapping up.

I think I tried too hard to move the story forward when I set up the penultimate scene and it painted us into a corner. In hindsight I would have done it differently. In the final scene we just had too much to explain for it to be satisfying.

I like what you said about skipping that last scene. It’s either that, or have enough scenes in the final round to make it satisfying. The latter is probably overkill.

  7. Patrick O’Leary Yeah, we’ve always liked it best when we leave the ending really ambiguous. You can end up with an “aliens at the end of the movie Signs” problem if you’re not careful with the final encounter.
