  1. I’ve only played Love in the Time of Seið before, but it was pretty great and created an excellent story where everyone became sadder and wiser.

    Any reviews on the rest?

  3. Love in the Time of Seith is the only one I have played, as well. I’ve heard good things about Spione (from Aaron Scott) and Thou Art But a Warrior is based off Polaris, so that’s an easy sell.

The collection was curated by Emily Care Boss, so it’s probably a safe bet, she being something of a high priestess of indie gaming.

  5. Spione takes some skill to play well. The timing of flashpoints gave some players problems, but I think it would have gone better if that group had given it a second try.

  7. I remember somebody talking about Love in the Time of Seið being based on an earlier, inferior version of Archipelago.  Would it be difficult to update it?

  9. I’ll chime in on Itras By: never played but a great read just for the sake of it. Uses the same deck of cards as Archipelago iirc (yes and, yes but, no and,…).

  11. Steve Mains Love in the Time of Seith is a good game. If we hadn’t been aware of the Archipelago connection, we probably wouldn’t have had any issues with it at all. It’s a good game on its own.
